ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - In this week’s Weather Lab, Chief Meteorologist Melissa Frey visited Homestead Elementary School in Eagle River where the third-graders have been working hard this year to learn how clouds are made and what type of weather they bring.
From checking out the clouds over their school to making one right in the classroom, Melissa shows them how fun learning about meteorology can be.
